Deletion is a first-class fix

Part of the budget is reserved for findings that remove text. Otherwise a correctness pass only inflates the corpus.

The applier refuses rather than guesses

Spans are re-resolved against the live document at apply time. Ambiguous edits are refused, not merged.

A person accepts

The proposer is a model. Nothing lands until someone clicks, and it is reversible for five seconds after.
